BETA XBOX GAME PASS AGREEMENT

The following terms and conditions supplement any software license terms that accompany the beta version of the Xbox Game Pass.

MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT. You acknowledge that you have previously agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement applies to your use of the Xbox Game Pass beta.

FEEDBACK. By commenting on the Microsoft Xbox Game Pass App beta, you are giving Microsoft the right to use, share and commercialize your comments free of charge in any way and for any purpose. You also give third parties, free of charge, any patents required to use their products, technologies and services or to link to specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the comments. You will not post licensed comments that require Microsoft to license software or documentation to third parties, because we include your comments in them. These rights survive from this agreement.
