ScreenSteps is a very interesting application if you plan to create tutorials in PDF or HTML from screenshots.

ScreenSteps will allow you to take screenshots, in fact you can even capture them with a slight delay. In addition, it can interact with other screen recorders such as Gadwin PrintScreen.

It’s very intuitive, all you have to do is add screenshots and take a few notes on them. They will look like those old photos taken with a Polaroid.

Once you have taken all the screenshots and written all the notes, you should change their position and decide to export the tutorial as HTML or PDF.

Finally, it also includes a built-in image editor to make small changes to the screenshots before you complete the tutorial.
