PPSSPP is a PSP (PlayStation Portable) emulator capable of running most of the games created for Sony’s first portable console right on your Android device.

The first thing you will notice when running PPSSPP (created by one of Dolphin’s authors, the most powerful Gamecube and Wii emulator out there) for the first time is the large number of configuration options. You can enable Vsync, anisotropic filtering and texture scaling, among others.

Controlling games with PPSSPP is much easier than it seems at first. Smartphones with smaller screens could have a problem, but if you upgrade to a larger screen, such as a tablet, you will find that you can easily control the controls.
