MacFuse 4.2.1 for Mac – Download

MacFuse implements a feature in Mac OS X that is already available on other UNIX operating systems: the ability to dynamically create a virtual filesystem to work with specific applications.

The User File System, also known as FUSE, is the original name of this Unix tool that allows an unauthorized user to create a virtual file system in any application.

Combining MacFuse with other programs allows you to perform tasks that were not previously allowed on Mac OS X, such as writing to an NTFS-3G partition (Windows file system).

Other operating systems that MacFUSE is compatible with include: ftpfs (FTP read / write), wdfs (WebDAV), cryptofs, encfs, bindfs, etc.
