Chrome Canary 89.0.4380.2 for Android

In addition to the stable version of Chrome, there are other distribution channels that allow you to try out the latest versions of Google’s iconic browser. We are talking about Chrome Canary, a relatively volatile version of Chrome that offers new features even before Chrome Beta.

Chrome Canary is the first line of testing new features (alongside Chrome Dev). But what does this mean for our browsing experience? Well, you can enjoy new Chrome features before (almost) anyone. But there is a price, your browsing experience will be a bit volatile.

The best part about Chrome Canary is that it runs alongside the most stable version of the browser and even Chrome Beta. These do not interfere with each other and function as independent entities. In other words: you can install Chrome Canary, Beta and Dev and these will not affect your normal browsing experience.

Just yesterday we were talking about the new dark feature in Facebook Messenger and now it’s time to talk about Google, which recently added the ability to enable this feature in Chrome as well. It is currently only available in the browser’s test channel, but it is supposed to be in beta soon and eventually, we will see it in the regular client. For now, we will explain how to enable it in Chrome Canary.
