Angry IP Scanner is a handy tool for retrieving the IP addresses of all computers connected to a specific network. The program scans a specified range of addresses and displays the IPs of the computers from which it receives responses, regardless of the operating system they use. The application can also detect the ports that a computer has opened.

When a computer is found, its address is displayed on the screen. The user can then perform many different actions on it, provided they have the appropriate permissions: view shared folders, access the web or FTP server, perform a ping test, or run Telnet.
